Shari & Lee Riggs (last year during Mardi Gras) would like to welcome you to Vines Wine Bar. Sharing a passion for wine, live music, & social encounter, the Riggs’ developed this incredible concept during Shari’s MBA days at DU. Shari is a Certified Wine Sommelier (CWS). While Lee is already a Certified Executive Wine Sommelier (EWS), Certified Wine Educator (CWE), and a Certified Wine Judge, not to mention, just a few short classes away from earning the celebrated Master Sommelier title. The Riggs are thrilled to bring you this unique experience & hope you will enjoy your time at Vines & return again & again! |

Shari & Lee met when Shari moved back to Colorado in 2000. Shari has lived in both Boston & Chicago & Lee used to live in New York. Through living in these other metropolitan cities, they combined some of their favorite venues to bring you this concept—a great way to taste different foods with different wines not to mention good company! |

Cayce—aka Bacchus (The Roman God of Wine) is our Bar Manager, resident master mixologist, an artist (check out his work of art in our gallery), and a singer & lead |

Chelsea—Our lead server and singer in our house band! Chelsea & Cayce are the lead singers in En Route—they play here at Vines sometimes. Chelsea is one of our 9 certified Sommeliers that can help you explore your passion for wine! |

Stefanie—Stef aka Smuckers because she’s sweet like jelly! She’s also our resident history/sports buff! If you’re interested in history, how wine has been impacted by history or vice versa, just ask Stef! Not to mention, if you just want to chat about the Rockies, Avs, etc...trust me she can talk sports and quote stats with the best of em! Stef won one of our server sales incentives last year—the prize was a 5 liter bottle (pictured here) of Col di Sasso (a Super Tuscan). She and her friend Mike finished the bottle in under 2 hours! |
